October 14, 2009
Join us for a discussion with VCU Athletic Director, Norwood Teague, who will be discussing VCU’s various sports teams in the Founders Room of the Stuart C. Siegel Center.
December 9, 2009
We will have an exciting opportunity to sit with VCU’s new President, Dr. Michael Rao! Dr. Rao will present his vision and priorities for VCU and then entertain questions from the Council. Don’t miss this opportunity to meet with VCU’s new president!
February 17, 2010
The Retired Faculty Council will have a chance to sit with representatives from University College to discuss changes in VCU’s general education to a new Core Curriculum program.
April 14, 2010
For our spring meeting, the School of Dentistry will provide a presentation detailing their communty outreach programs. The presentation will include information regarding the School’s involvement with and service to the community. Following the presentation, the Council will have a chance to tour the School of Dentistry’s new W. Baxter Perkinson, Jr. Building.
