Meet the instructors
Kathy Benham
Kathy Benham, of Benham Consulting and Coaching, LLC has more than 25 years experience facilitating the change process. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and holds a certificate in Non-Profit Management from VCU. She was the recipient of the Internal Revenue Department of Outsourcing Director’s Awardfor excellence in coaching and training during a major downsizing and change process. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for the state of Virginia, and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board of Clinical Counselors. Benham has a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and has extensive post degree training in coaching, leadership development, assessment and change management. Benham has provided coaching and training to nonprofit boards, executive directors, staff and volunteers. She is skilled at working with very new and small nonprofits as well as established agencies and organizations. In addition to coaching and training, Benham has served on seven nonprofit boards.
