David Bailey
David Bailey is president of the firm David Bailey and Associates. Bailey has been a consultant, lobbyist and liaison for more than 20 years. He has served on many boards and committees through appointments by Virginia’s governors and legislature. Bailey is one of the most knowledgeable individuals in Virginia regarding the workings of state legislature and the art of successful lobbying. Bailey has a Master of Arts in American Civilization from New York University and a doctorate in the science of theology from San Francisco Theological Seminary, San Anselmo.
