From the west

Take I-64 East to I-95 South. Take the West Broad Street exit. Travel west on Broad Street and turn right onto North 2nd Street. The parking lot is at the next corner (2nd and Marshall streets). After parking, walk one block north; DHCD is at the corner of North 2nd and East Clay streets on the right-hand side.

Once you enter the building, please sign in at the reception desk and let them know you are there for the class in the Board Room. They will direct you to the first floor Board Room.

From the east

Take I-64 West into downtown Richmond via Exit 190 (Fifth Street). Turn right onto Broad Street. Go three blocks and turn right onto North 2nd Street. The parking lot is at the next corner (2nd and Marshall streets) on the right. After parking, walk one block north; DHCD is at the corner of North 2nd and East Clay streets on the right-hand side. (Continue using the same directions as those from the west.)

From the north

Take I-95 South to the West Broad Street exit. Travel west on Broad Street and turn right onto North 2nd Street. The parking lot is at the next corner (2nd and Marshall streets). From the south

From uptown Richmond

Travel east on Broad Street. Turn left onto North 2nd Street (there is a left turn lane/signal). The parking lot is at the corner of 2nd and Marshall streets. After parking, walk one block north; DHCD is at the corner of North 2nd and East Clay streets on the right-hand side. (Continue using the same directions as those from the west.)

From downtown Richmond
